Hi there!
I'm Emily, and I'm currently on track to get my undergraduate degree in Interior Design at the Rochester Institute of Technology. I feel that my choice to attend RIT fits me well because I grew up as a serious nerd. I always loved math and physics, and I even thought I wanted to be an Engineer or Physicist while I was in high school.
At the same time, I grew up in a big, creative, and wonderfully chaotic DiMarco family in Rochester, NY. Surrounded by artistic cousins—photographers, videographers, painters, jewelry designers, florists—I was inspired to start doodling and drawing from a young age. So, when senior year came around and I had to decide what path to choose, I knew I needed something that fused my skills for all things mathematical and organized with my love for the arts.
I landed on Design. Interior Design. And now, Architecture.
Next, I'm excited to pursue my Masters Degree in Architecture to finish my studies and continue my path in Design.
